2009 – TEAM MATES
Peter ‘Pesky’ Ward
Riding alongside Paul Young in the British Supersport class will be 23 year old Peter ‘Pesky’ Ward. As a new-comer to the British Supersport Championship, Peter will also compete for the ‘Supersport Cup’ award for the best class rookie.
A former British MiniMoto and Superstock Cup Champion and star of Junior Superstock and the R6 Virgin Cup series, Peter is an extremely promising young rider who lives only a stones throw from Triumph’s factory in Hinckley.
Paul Young has helped and sponsored Peter since the age of 16, so is delighted to be able to give him this career boosting opportunity.
